Sai Construction is a trusted team, building structures and spaces all over New Zealand. Founded in 2022, we have now built over 152 projects, which include a diverse range of residential, commercial, fit-out, structural, renovation and new-build projects. Carrying a passion for our craft, we provide a variety of services to cater to you. Whether that be building through your designers or our architects, or finishing an incomplete project, we are willing to step in where you need.

It is dependent on the size of the project, but on average we tend to finish a single dwelling by the end of 3 months. If it is a multiple house unit, the project can be finished within 4-5 months. However, it is dependent on individual projects and which stage we get involved in.
The completion of any project is dependent upon the size and variables of the project. It also varies depending upon inspections and consents. However, fit outs usually take 3-4 weeks to complete.

It is completely up to you! Once you hand over the project, all the elements which are in our control will be conducted effectively and efficiently. As we handle the project management, we monitor the tasks, the completion and the progression.
