Our Construction Process
We start from scratch to lead to a seamless finish. Within that, there are several stages which help us accomplish the finest results.
Sai Construction, once committed to a project, takes over all the reins needed to effectively complete the project with the highest quality and services. We initiate our project management to control the site, the materials, the health and safety and the people involved.
While we do have our own team of experienced builders, each project requires a different set of skills to accomplish the best results. Hence, we collaborate with sub-contractors whilst having our own team on board to successfully complete tasks at hand. Using advanced technologies and advanced skills, we manage tasks to achieve them in a timely manner. From builders, to plumbers, to electricians, we have our respect and relationships that we have developed over several years. Our codependence and trust whilst working with our contractors is through years of work and overcoming challenges together. We all stand as a team.
STEP BY STEP:
Let's take you through a step-by-step runthrough of the process we undertake to reach a final outcome.
The Brief and Plans
We are given a brief on the project. Based on the scope, and the stage the project is at, we move ahead. If an architect is already involved, we head directly for the next step. Otherwise, we work alongside our architect to find creative solutions for your site.
Site Analysis
Once the plans are approved, we get involved. This stage is more reflective of the feasibility of the project from our end. The site analysis allows us to engage with the project and analyse a rough timeline, a quote and more.
Organisation
We initiate our project management once the timeline for building is underway. Within this period, all the contractors, materials, documents, equipment and the health and safety requirements are organised for a smooth process.
Building
Within the stages of building, there are frequent inspections to approve of what has already been done. This is usually for projects which require consents. This is all completed following the rules of structure, weather-tightness and safety.
Final Inspection
This stage is a final check to ensure that the structure, services and all the other built elements are following the building code. This will indicate whether we are nearing completion for a project.
CCC (Code Compliance Certificate)
We apply for the CCC on your behalf. We are there till the CCC is approved. Once approved, that's when our project for you finishes.
